• Email: support@tilioclass.com — the fastest way for anyone, including users who can't sign in.
• In-app chat: center owners can click the message icon in the top bar of Tilio to chat directly with our team.
• Response time: we reply during business hours, Vietnam time (GMT+7). Messages sent outside business hours are answered on the next business day.

To help us resolve issues quickly, please include your account email, the page you were on, what you expected and what happened, and a screenshot if possible. Never send passwords or verification codes.

• Can't connect: make sure you are the center owner and click Connect Zoom inside Tilio (Settings → Connected apps), not from the Zoom App Marketplace.
• Meetings end after 40 minutes: the connected Zoom account is on the free Basic plan; upgrade to Zoom Pro.
• “Zoom reports that access has expired”: disconnect and connect Zoom again in Settings → Connected apps.

• How do I change the language? Click VI / EN in the top bar, or go to Settings → Appearance.
• How do I reset my password? Click “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page and follow the email link.
• How do I export my data? Settings → Profile → Download data.
• How do I delete my account? Settings → Profile → Delete account. Download a backup first — deletion is permanent.
